Workflow

1. Generate review prompt: python3 bin/loop-factory review <spec-id> --agent codex
2. Review diff against acceptance criteria.
3. Run verification from spec frontmatter or smallest relevant checks.
4. Findings first. Mark result:
   • ACCEPTED
   • CHANGES_REQUESTED
5. Only after accepted: python3 bin/loop-factory archive <spec-id> --accepted

• spec drift

Do not archive without explicit acceptance evidence.
