Users table - supports both anonymous (24hr TTL) and registered accounts. Anonymous users get a generated ID and no credentials. They are auto-purged after `expiresAt`. Registered users provide email/password and persist indefinitely until explicitly deleted. requireAuth()	Authenticate the request via session cookie. Populates request.user and request.session, or returns 401.
requireRegistered()	Require an authenticated, non-anonymous user. Calls requireAuth first, then rejects anonymous sessions with 403.
