- Case filings and docket: complaint, key motions, court rulings, scheduling orders, and trial date [VERIFY jurisdiction and current procedural posture]
- Company financials: market cap, enterprise value, cash position, insurance coverage, and balance sheet capacity to absorb adverse judgment
