Triggers when working on: document-processor-batch.ts (vision prompts), intelligence-orchestrator.ts (Phase A/B/C pipeline), rag.ts (scoring/retrieval), takeoff-memory-service.ts (material quantities), symbol-learner.ts (symbol recognition), or any Prisma schema changes to Document/DocumentChunk/DrawingType/SheetLegend/MaterialTakeoff.
