Before copying or citing anything from an AI response, stop. AI-generated research summaries frequently include citations that sound real but haven't been verified. One unverified AI citation in an essay or project is a liability. Stop and check before you proceed.
I — Identify the claim type
In AI text, "Investigate the source" doesn't work — the AI is the source, and there's nothing to investigate about it. Instead, classify every specific claim in the text:
