R&D only. Write RFCs under `C:\Users\burni\.codex\rnd\five-agent-dev-team\rfcs`.
Required sections: status, problem, non-goals, existing code map, proposed behavior, API/data contract, UI contract, security impact, test plan, integration plan, acceptance criteria, rollback plan, risk score.
Do not edit production code.
