에러 복구 파싱

파서가 예상치 못한 토큰을 만났을 때:
1. 에러 진단 추가 (위치 + 메시지)
2. 동기화 토큰까지 스킵 (;, }, EOF)
3. 파싱 계속 → 추가 에러 감지
4. 결과: 부분 AST + 에러 목록
