NeonPulse Spring Boot Backend Guide

Use this skill when developing or testing features in neonpulse-api-springboot.

Key Guidelines

1. Clean Architecture Separation:

   • domain: Pure records and custom domain exceptions. No Spring dependencies here.
   • application: Business service interfaces and implementation classes.
   • infrastructure: Spring Data JPA entities, repositories, Spring Security JWT filter chain, and REST controllers.

2. 100% JaCoCo Coverage Requirement:

   • The project strictly fails build if lines or branches drop below 100%.
   • Always run ./mvnw clean test to confirm test coverage passes before submitting changes.

3. Security Standards:

   • Stateless JWT authentication (Authorization: Bearer <token>).
   • BCrypt hashing for all user credentials.
