When to use

Collect + compile (full pipeline)

User says: "collect knowledge", "compile wiki", "cập nhật knowledge base", "thu thập kiến thức"

Run:

bun run ~/hidrix-tools/scripts/compile.ts

This does: collect from follow list → save to SQLite → compile wiki articles → update Obsidian.

Collect only (one person)

User says: "collect @karpathy", "thu thập bài mới của @bcherny"

Run:

bun run ~/hidrix-tools/scripts/compile.ts --user @USERNAME

Research a topic and save to wiki

User says: "research topic X và lưu vào wiki", "tìm hiểu về MCP protocol"

Steps:

1. Use hidrix tools to search: hidrix_x_search, hidrix_reddit_search, hidrix_web_search
2. Deep read best results: hidrix_x_thread_reader, hidrix_reddit_thread_reader, hidrix_web_fetch
3. Write a concept article and save to Obsidian:

Save a single piece of content to wiki

User says: "lưu thread này vào wiki", "save this to knowledge base"

Steps:

1. Read the content (thread, article, video transcript)
2. Summarize key points
3. Save to appropriate location:
   • About a person → people/username.md (append, don't overwrite)
   • About a concept → concepts/concept-name.md
   • Raw data → raw/platform/date-title.md
   • Analysis/query result → output/query-title.md

Read from wiki to answer questions

User says: "Karpathy nói gì về knowledge base?", "what does @bcherny think about claude code?"

Steps:

1. Read the person's article: read ~/Documents/Obsidian\ Vault/07\ -\ Knowledge\ Base\ 🧠/people/karpathy.md
2. Read related concepts: read ~/Documents/Obsidian\ Vault/07\ -\ Knowledge\ Base\ 🧠/concepts/llm-knowledge-base.md
3. If not enough info, search for more and collect
4. Answer from wiki data + new findings
5. Save useful findings back to wiki (append to articles)

Weekly review

User says: "weekly review", "tuần này có gì mới?", "tóm tắt tuần"

Steps:

1. Read _daily-log.md for this week's entries
2. Read _index.md for overview
3. Summarize: new people, new concepts, top posts, trends
4. Save summary to output/weekly-YYYY-WNN.md

Important rules

• Never delete existing wiki content — only append or create new
• concepts/ articles: don't overwrite if exists — user may have edited manually
• people/ articles: can be regenerated by compile script
• _index.md and _daily-log.md: auto-generated by compile script, don't edit
• Always use [[backlinks]] to connect articles: [[karpathy]], [[vibe-coding]]
• Filenames: lowercase, hyphens, no spaces: llm-knowledge-base.md
• Dates: YYYY-MM-DD format

The follow list is at ~/.hidrix-tools/follows.json. To add/remove:
