Project Capsule (Grok Build)

Same contract as the shared skill. Read commands.md, formats.md, install.md, from-document.md in this folder (copy them from skills/project-capsule/).

You run in a sandbox. Install the Python tools if they are missing, resolve the smallest slice that matches the user's words, then pack or unpack.

When the user says: import the login module to a single markdown file

1. Find login-shaped paths in the workspace
2. Include sibling files in those directories
3. Remember create-project-markdown --include matches basename only
4. create-project-markdown src/auth -o login.md (or a basename regex of siblings)
5. Report the output path and file count

When the user points at a book, article, tutorial, or any doc with listings:

1. Read from-document.md
2. Harvest fences if they exist, or generate a companion project if they asked for a working example
3. Write FullContentYAML, then yaml-project apply create if they want a tree
