Rise smoothly onto the balls of both feet, lengthening the body, as the arms float up into a high rounded line (fifth position). A non-looping sequence.

How

• Start: turned-out stance, arms low-rounded (*UpperArm:[0,0,±40]).
• Relevé: press onto the toes (*Foot:[55,0,0]), root.y:0.1, arms lift overhead (LeftUpperArm:[0,0,-70],RightUpperArm:[0,0,70]).
