carioca-drill

A lateral agility drill: travel sideways (root.x) while the hips and torso rotate back and forth and the feet alternate crossing front and behind. Loop.

How

• Travel sideways with root.x each frame (move toward the character's left here).
• Rotate the torso opposite the lead each step: Spine Y +25 ↔ -25 (Chest follows).
• Alternate the trailing foot onto the toe (*Foot:[60,0,0]) for the crossover feel.
