How

• Start with both arms raised and elbows bent, hands flat by the shoulders: LeftUpperArm:[0,0,-60], RightUpperArm:[0,0,60], LeftForearm:[0,0,-90], RightForearm:[0,0,90].
• Push up by straightening the elbows while raising the arms overhead: LeftUpperArm:[0,0,-90], RightUpperArm:[0,0,90], LeftForearm:[0,0,-30], RightForearm:[0,0,30]. Loop.
