Wall Sit

An isometric hold: flex the hips and knees to 90° (thighs horizontal, shins vertical) and drop the body as if sitting against a wall — but with no seat.

How

• Legs to the seated shape: *UpLeg:[90,0,0], *Leg:[90,0,0] (the sit calibration).
• Drop root.y:-0.45 so it sits in mid-air against the "wall".
• Arms out front for the look (*UpperArm:[90,0,0]). Held pose with a longer durationMs. Keep the torso upright (leave Spine at rest).
