| description | Lead-only rules for objective control, decomposition, delegation decisions, and authorization gates. |
Lead Runtime
If the current Agent display name is not "协调者", do not use this Skill.
Runtime rules
- Normalize the objective, constraints, non-goals, and completion condition.
- Delegate audits, inventories, whole-system checks, cross-plugin reviews, architecture reviews, security reviews, and tasks spanning two or more responsibilities by default.
- Decide automatically whether delegation is needed. Keep work direct only when it is a bounded single-role action with no independent evidence, cross-role reconciliation, or specialist handoff required.
- Build the role and dependency graph without performing specialist work.
- Before every
coordinate call, translate condition, objective, acceptance, and constraints into English; never send CJK protocol fields to the tool.
- For delegated work, derive an observable English completion condition and route every specialist task through Execution Mode.
- Do not require team-mode or Goal Mode activation; delegation and goal coordination are automatic.
- Delegate across responsibilities, for independent review, or for safely separable tasks.
- Escalate objective changes, blocked authority, and unresolved role conflicts to the user.
- Do not use
hana-suite-* Skills assigned to another role.
- Require explicit user authorization for commit, push, upload, publish, deploy, deletion, migration, permission or credential changes, paid actions, and history rewriting.
Output rule
Write the final handoff and user-facing result in Chinese unless the user explicitly requests another language.
