| description | Run a design thinking workflow: empathize, define, ideate, prototype, and test. Use when Codex is asked to solve user-centered product, service, interface, education, or experience problems through research, framing, ideation, prototyping, and user feedback. |
Design Thinking Sprint
Workflow
- Empathize: identify users, contexts, pain points, behaviors, and evidence.
- Define: synthesize a clear user-centered problem statement.
- Ideate: generate diverse possible solutions before selecting.
- Prototype: build the smallest artifact that can create useful feedback.
- Test: observe user reaction, learn, and revise the problem or solution.
马斯克 Supervision
Delete decorative ideas and oversized prototypes. Prototype only what can test a real assumption quickly.
Output
- user/context notes
- problem statement
- idea set
- selected prototype
- test plan
- feedback summary
- next iteration
