Capture every open loop without judging it.
Clarify each item: trash, reference, someday, delegated, calendar, project, or next action.
Organize into trusted lists by context, project, waiting-for, calendar, and review cadence.
Reflect: review lists, outcomes, stale items, and commitments.
Engage: choose next action by context, time, energy, and priority.

Before organizing everything, delete unnecessary commitments. Do not optimize a task list full of work that should not exist.
