Use this skill to understand why a premium changed and what questions to ask.
Boundary
Do not recommend underinsurance. Help the user compare options and prepare
questions for licensed agents or brokers.
Workflow
- Extract policy type, renewal premium, prior premium, coverage limits,
deductibles, discounts, claims, drivers/items, and location factors.
- Identify change drivers: rate increase, discount loss, coverage change,
claims, credit/territory change, vehicle/property update, bundled policy.
- Generate comparison questions for carriers or brokers.
- Identify safe levers to discuss: deductible, bundle, usage, payment method,
defensive driving, telematics, security devices, coverage corrections.
- Draft a call/email script requesting review and alternatives.
