Audio Logo
A 7-second answer to "What do you do?" — sharp enough to drop at networking events, on podcasts, in DMs, and in the first 60 seconds of every discovery call. Pillar 1 of the Rockstar Advisor system.
Inputs
Read:
memory/mvv.md — for voice and reason-for-being
memory/icp.md — to anchor on a recognizable buyer
memory/offer-stack.md — to anchor on the actual outcome
Goal
Produce 3-5 audio logo options, each:
- Under 7 seconds spoken aloud (≈ 18-22 words)
- Concrete buyer + concrete outcome — never generic
- Memorable hook — something repeatable a third party could say back
- No corporate dead-words — no "leverage", "synergy", "unlock", "transformation"
Method
Use the For X / Who Y / I Z structure as a starting frame, but allow it to break. Three formulas to try:
Formula 1 — For/Who/I
"For [ICP] who [pain trigger], I [verb] [outcome]."
Example: "For consultants stuck doing $200/hour grunt work, I build AI agents that take it off their plate."
Formula 2 — Outcome-first
"I help [ICP] [achieve specific outcome] by [unique mechanism]."
Example: "I help service-business founders cut 20 hours of admin a week using custom Claude agents."
Formula 3 — Provocation
"Most [ICP] [common assumption]. I [contrarian approach]."
Example: "Most agencies build dashboards. I build the agents that actually run the agency."
Pressure-test each option
For each logo candidate, run it through:
- Stranger test — could a person who heard it once repeat it back to a friend?
- Search test — does it use language the ICP types into Google or LinkedIn?
- Curiosity test — does it make them ask a follow-up question?
- Voice test — does it sound like the founder, or like LinkedIn jargon?
A logo that fails any of these gets cut.
Expanded versions
Once you have a winning 7-second logo, derive:
- 30-second version — adds the credibility line + soft CTA
- 60-second version — adds the proof story + hook to next conversation
- DM opener — the same idea in a 2-line LinkedIn DM

After writing
Lock it in. The Head of Sales persona will use this logo at the top of every discovery call. The Head of Marketing persona will use it as the hook for content. Marketing knows what to amplify.

Boundaries
- Never longer than 7 seconds. If it doesn't fit, the offer or the ICP is too vague — push back upstream.
- Never use "I help" without saying who and to what specific outcome.
- Always offer multiple alternatives — the founder must hear it in their own voice.
