Local AI Services Sales
Use this skill when an agent helps package AI or automation work for local businesses. The agent should sell business outcomes such as reviews, calls, appointments, reactivated leads, and follow-up speed. Claude Code, CRM automation, voice agents, and enrichment tools are implementation details.
When to Use
- Create an offer ladder for local service businesses
- Sell AI appointment setting, SMS follow-up, review requests, or lead reactivation
- Turn messy CRM exports, paper lists, or old leads into outreach campaigns
- Build local SEO or Google Business Profile service packages
- Draft hand-raiser posts or 5-minute Loom sales videos
- Decide what to offer first to a skeptical small-business owner
Do not use this skill to pitch generic "AI transformation" or software subscriptions without a concrete revenue path.
Core Offer Ladder
Move from low fear to high trust.
- Review rebate. Contact satisfied past customers and ask for reviews, often with a coupon or next-service incentive. Offer the first small batch free or performance-based.
- Lead reactivation. Reach out to old inquiries, abandoned leads, or inactive customers and route interested replies into appointments.
- AI appointment setter. Install a text or voice setter that handles inbound speed-to-lead, follow-up, booking, and missed-lead recovery.
- Local visibility expansion. For businesses with capacity, improve or expand local search coverage through compliant Google Business Profile, location page, review, and citation work.
Positioning Rules
- Sell reviews, booked calls, reactivated revenue, and missed-lead recovery.
- Do not lead with Claude Code, AI agents, Retell, Twilio, GoHighLevel, Supabase, or n8n.
- Use AI privately to clean data, deploy infrastructure, personalize messages, and run follow-up.
- Start with the offer that creates the least buyer anxiety.
- Make the first result easy to verify.
Campaign Workflow
- Qualify the business. Confirm the business has demand, customer history, operational capacity, and a service where one more booked job matters.
- Choose the offer rung. Start with review rebate if trust is low, lead reactivation if they have old leads, setter if they already feel missed-lead pain, local SEO if geography is the distribution ceiling.
- Audit data reality. Expect messy CRMs, scanned paper, missing fields, old numbers, and inconsistent notes.
- Clean and segment. Filter out unhappy customers, stale leads beyond the useful window, duplicates, and wrong-fit contacts.
