Accountability Pods and Buddies

Pods = 4-6 person sub-groups within cohort. Buddies = 1:1 pairs. Both increase engagement + completion.

Pod structure

Within cohort of 30-100:

1. Form pods of 4-6
2. Weekly pod check-ins (15-30 min)
3. Shared Slack/Discord channel per pod
4. Pod-only events (smaller social)
5. Pod-level accountability (collective deadlines)
