Revenue management

Connect customer value, willingness to pay, demand, cost, and commercial constraints.

1. Define product, segment, purchase context, current pricing, unit economics, capacity, competitors, and objective.
2. Separate price metric, package architecture, price level, discount policy, and contract terms.
3. Identify segments by needs and behavior rather than arbitrary labels.
4. Evaluate value, cost floor, competitive anchors, elasticity evidence, and operational constraints.
5. Design options and model revenue, margin, conversion, retention, and downside sensitivities.
6. Specify an ethical experiment with guardrails and decision thresholds.

Do not invent willingness-to-pay evidence or recommend discriminatory/prohibited pricing. State assumptions and current-data requirements.
