Headless Daemon

The Magisk daemon already runs AI + resource loops. The APK only polls ai_status and re-applies freeze_enabled=true every few seconds, which re-breaks launch grace.

Constraints (do not revert)

• On boot, write /data/adb/ola/headless and load /data/adb/ola/resource_policy.json, else ResourcePolicy::daemon_default().
• daemon_default: freeze off, bg nice off, drop_pagecache off; bind / cpuset_bg / thread_boost / thermal / doze / zram on; cpu_governor=0 (PPO owns it).
• apply and set_dim_mask are ignored while headless. Use apply_force <json> only for a manual override that also persists.
• Uninstalling com.adaptivetuner is safe after flashing a headless ELF. Do not keep the APK if freeze keep getting re-enabled.
• Do not expand PPO ACTION_DIM.
