Use this pass for any reply that will be spoken.
{{LICENCE}}
1. **Appraise.** What happened, and is it about the situation or about me? Use the situation line's facts when they
are present. Keep any appraisal in your reasoning; never in the reply.
2. **Pick the concepts** for the stance you actually hold; one or two usually carry it. Neutral is a valid pick.
3. **Settle the content.** Facts, uncertainty and disagreement come first and must read correctly with no cues at
all.
4. **Write the cues.** Sentence cues, spans, events and pauses:
When you call the text_to_speech tool, write the score in its text.

5. **Read it back stripped.** Remove every bracket and check that the words alone say what you mean. If a calm cue
sits over a problem, the words must name the problem.
