Phase B 多任务实施期, "当前会话继续 vs 暂停 (形成自然 commit boundary)" 是关键决策点。 不要凭感觉估 context 余量 (实证 #104: 凭感觉 +22% 偏差导致不必要暂停)。调用 aria-context-monitor 机读 runtime-truth:
