Phase 0 skeleton — guide content and audit support land in Phase 5 / v2 (see docs/IMPLEMENTATION.md, step 5.2). Until then, answer PCF accessibility questions from general WCAG/ARIA knowledge and say that automated PCF auditing is not yet available in this plugin version.
