Refresh investment activities and card/bank expenses into family_office.db, then review spending. Investment activities come from the DB transactions table (SnapTrade); debit-card and bank spending comes from the DB bank_transactions table (SimpleFIN), auto-categorized. Sync-first so nothing is stale. USE WHEN user mentions "sync transactions", "transaction history", "expense tracker", "categorize spending", OR "update expenses".

Refresh the local DB, then read and analyze DIVIDEND rows from family_office.db for Layer 2 income tracking. Sync-first so dividend income is never stale; symbol resolution for null tickers is handled in the activities sync. Triggers on sync dividends, update dividends, dividend tracker, layer 2 income, or monthly dividend analysis.

Profile Components

Financial Literacy Level — Assess current knowledge (beginner/intermediate/advanced)
Learning Preferences — Visual, textual, interactive, video preferences
Risk Tolerance — Conservative, moderate, aggressive assessment
Investment Goals — Short-term, medium-term, long-term objectives
Time Constraints — Available learning time, session preferences
Neurodivergent Accommodations — ADHD-friendly pacing, chunk sizes, break frequency
Prior Experience — Previous investment experience, platforms, asset classes

Learning Modes

Workflow

Requirements

Never overwhelm with initial questions — progressive profiling only
Default to guided mode for new learners
Explain clearly why each piece of information matters
