ddos-guardian

Reviews an existing AWS WAF (a WAFv2 web ACL on ALB, CloudFront, API Gateway or AppSync) against AWS best practices and produces a self-contained HTML report: severity-rated findings, ready-to-apply remediation, cost and WCU impact. Reach for it even when the user never says "WAF" — whenever they ask what is wrong with their web ACL or want one reviewed or hardened; hand over a get-web-acl export or any file containing WebACL/web_acl rules; report customers or a page being blocked and want the culprit rule plus a safe exception; ask whether they are protected against L7 DDoS, bots, scraping, scripted signups or credential stuffing, or whether rate-based rules and managed rule groups (AntiDDoS, CommonRuleSet, KnownBadInputs, IP reputation, anonymous IP, BotControl, ATP, ACFP) exist, run in the right order, or need scope-down statements; ask whether an Allow rule can be forged, whether a Challenge is reaching clients that cannot complete one, or whether search engine crawlers will be challenged during an attack
