Refresh the pinned Kind node images in .github/workflows/ci-main.yml and
.github/workflows/ci-pr.yml from the latest
Kind release.

(.github/workflows/update-kubernetes-images.yml) performs this procedure
automatically and opens or updates a PR for the changes.
