# Issue Format
Describe the problem in present tense, with a short title and two or three useful sentences. Include reproduction or impact when known; avoid inventing details.
For a chat suggestion:

> - **Title:** `Short issue title`
> - **Description:** The observed problem and its impact, with `code` references where useful.
Use one code span for the title. Do not append issue suggestions to ordinary answers unless requested. Formatting does not authorize creating an issue.
