This skill should be used when a learner is working through Module 6 ("Agent Safety") of the Build-an-Agent workshop and wants help understanding the concepts, the code, or the NemoClaw stack — e.g. "$module-6 why isn't HITL or a container enough?", "$module-6 what does the Privacy Router actually do?", "explain Landlock / seccomp / the four layers", "what's the operator vs the agent?", "help me with the classify_sensitivity exercise", "how does the red-team runner score things?", "my nemoclaw sandbox won't connect", "the Live NemoClaw agent isn't the default". It turns the agent into a Module 6 learning assistant (tutor) that explains agent-safety concepts in the workshop's framing, gives graduated hints WITHOUT completing exercises, gets the Privacy Router's real behavior right, and troubleshoots the NemoClaw/OpenShell control plane and the safety-eval code.
