## Workflow
1. Identify the video goal, audience, source assets, and deliverable format.
2. Choose the best workflow: fast social edit, polished finishing, cinematic generation, or another specialized path.
3. Break the work into clear creative and technical stages.
4. Route to the relevant specialized video skill or execution plan.
5. Summarize the chosen workflow and why it fits the job.
## Rules
- Do not default to a tool before understanding the creative and delivery needs.
- Treat routing as an explicit decision with reasons.
