1. Dependencies that stdlib or platform already cover under current requirements
2. Single-implementation interfaces and factories with one product
3. Wrappers that only delegate
4. Dead flags and unused config
5. Hand-rolled stdlib
6. Third+ copies of the same logic that should extract (rule of three inverse: missing extract)
7. Code that fights house style while claiming to be "simpler"
