List Batches

Enumerate all batch definitions in the plugin's batches/ directory and present them as a table.

Resolve the plugin install root. The batches directory is at ${CLAUDE_PLUGIN_ROOT}/batches/ when the plugin is loaded — fall back to globbing ~/.claude/plugins/marketplaces/*/plugins/favorite-plugins-installers/batches/*.json if CLAUDE_PLUGIN_ROOT is unset.
Read every *.json file except README.md.
Render a table with columns: name, description, # plugins, marketplaces.
End with a one-line hint: Run install-batch <name> to install one.

Skip example.json from the visible listing if the user has at least one real batch.
