Export BOM CSV

Convert bom.json into shareable formats.

Inputs

• Project slug.
• Optional flag: --with-sourcing to include vendor/price columns from sourcing.md.

Output

Write to <projects_dir>/<slug>/exports/:

• bom.csv — columns: ref, category, part, qty, interface, notes, alternatives (and vendor, est_unit_price, est_line_total when --with-sourcing).
• bom-table.md — clean GitHub-flavoured markdown table version.

Conventions

• Quote any field containing commas or quotes per RFC 4180.
• One row per BOM line; alternatives is a |-separated list inside a single cell so the row count matches the canonical BOM.
• Currency, if present, is recorded in the CSV header comment row (e.g. # currency=USD, exported=YYYY-MM-DD).
