This skill should be used when applying changes across the Decentraland scene template repositories (e.g. updating scene.json, modifying code, fixing configs). It covers cloning, branching, editing, committing, and pushing to the 12 template repos that power the Creator Hub "New Scene" page. Triggers on requests like "update all template repos", "change spawn points in templates", "fix scene.json across templates", or any batch modification to the scene template repositories.

Transforms raw GitHub release notes (What's Changed with PR links and @mentions) into a verbose, user-friendly, product-ready changelog with sections (New features, Fixes, Improvements). By default fetches each merged PR body and writes short, well-redacted summaries suitable for release notes and product marketing. Can fetch the latest creator-hub pre-release (tag x.y.z) via curl. Use when drafting or editing a release changelog, beautifying release notes, or when the user asks for the latest pre-release changelog.
