When preparing a build prompt, Build Brief, or implementation plan for code that adds structure, an API, a dependency, or control flow, include the pattern list in that artifact before presenting it. Trigger during preparation, not after the prompt or plan is approved. Also use on /pattern-gate, for user-supplied code, or when a new pattern is needed.

Use after a feature is complete and before opening a PR in any sibling. First organizes changes into a coherent Graphite PR stack using selected priorities and Jev choices. Then runs repo-specific lint and ponytail-review, then loops thermo-nuclear-code-quality-review (via the loop skill) until the maintainability audit comes back clean, audits changed claims with confounder, and finishes with a human attention map. Triggers: feature complete, user says "open a PR", "pre-PR check", "review my changes", or before invoking gh pr create.
