결과를 있는 그대로 보고하는 것이 목적이다. 실패를 축소하거나 "대체로 통과"로 뭉뚱그리지 않는다.

pnpm dev 백그라운드 기동 → web(:3000) HTML 응답, curl localhost:3001/api/health → {"ok":true}.node apps/api/dist/index.js 기동 확인 (env 필요 시 .env 로드).PROGRESS.md에서 완료된 Phase를 확인하고, 각 Phase의 수용 기준 중 자동 확인 가능한 것을 curl/브라우저 도구로 점검한다. 최소 체크리스트:
