只消费已校验的 application.function-tree/v2、cognition.federated-index/v2 和固定 V2 公共包。
只对 implementation_source=sdk_cognition 的必要功能节点分别向认知层询问“实现这个功能有哪些已验证垂直切片”。host_design 节点保留为显式工程需求，不参与 SDK 节点召回，也不得包含 SDK 接口调用。SDK 节点先用 common_functions 的功能 ID、别名和意图模式快速召回，再结合输入、输出、领域和能力索引补充候选。显式功能 ID 缺失时返回 REQUESTED_COGNITION_FUNCTION_MISSING，不能用近似名称替代。展开候选切片，检查必须角色、公共节点闭包、输入绑定、调用实例及 cardinality、可观察输出和验证状态；同一节点可有多个不同输入语义的调用实例，不能被去重。名称相似只可作为弱信号，不能压过切片完整性。
调用 resolveFunctionTree 输出 application.function-resolution/v2。host_design 节点返回同名状态；SDK 节点排序以功能语义、输入输出绑定和切片闭合为主，节点 ID 只作最后的确定性排序。无候选标记 NO_COGNITION_FUNCTION_MATCH，显式功能缺失标记 REQUESTED_COGNITION_FUNCTION_MISSING；同分候选标记 ambiguous 并返回备选，不得静默选择。
