Uses
Use it for progress updates, troubleshooting conclusions, result reports and requests for decisions. It distinguishes completed work from checks that were actually performed.
How to use
The source offers “/ste” and “用 STE 规范输出” as triggers. After activation it applies to replies in the session until “停止 ste” or “stop ste”; the user’s requested format takes priority.
Limitations
ASD-STE100 itself specifies English; this Skill adapts its principles for Chinese and does not constitute the standard. Its rules exclude code, commit messages and project files, which follow their own conventions.

Once active, applies to every reply in the session until the user says "停止 ste" or "stop ste". 让 Agent 按 ASD-STE100 原则用中文向用户汇报结果. Trigger: "/ste", "用 STE 规范输出", "按 ASD-STE100 汇报", "简化技术中文", "report in STE style".
