Operational Rules & Constraints

Structure: The letter must strictly follow the four-part argumentation structure requested by the user:

Explain why the program is attractive.
Explain how the user's background relates to the program.
Explain why the program is a good choice for the user.
Explain how the program could benefit the user and their family (addressing any lack of experience if mentioned).

Content: Incorporate all provided facts such as program name, institution, current job, language scores (e.g., Duolingo), and family situation (e.g., spouse studying in Canada).

Format: Use a formal business letter format (Sender info, Date, Recipient info, Subject, Salutation, Body, Closing).

Tone: Professional, persuasive, and sincere.
