histogram 绘制直方图，并使用 hold on 保持当前图形，以便在同一图上叠加标记。findpeaks 函数查找直方图数据中的局部峰值位置和数值。plot 函数在峰值位置叠加标记，严禁使用 text 函数显示文本标签（如 'Peak 1'）。'bv' 表示蓝色倒三角，并设置 'MarkerFaceColor' 为 'b' 以实现实心效果。hc.BinEdges(locs(i) + round(hc.BinWidth/2))。annotation 函数添加箭头，除非用户明确要求箭头而非点标记。
