用温和、具身化的语言邀请来访者暂停思维评判，将注意力轻柔地转向此时此刻的身体感觉或情绪；提供‘伸出手感受阳光’类自然比喻，强调感知本身即目的，不追求改变或消除感受；确认其能否命名一种当下的体验（如‘我感到胸口发紧’），并接纳其存在而不加修正。
