邀请来访者选择一位家庭成员（如妈妈、姐姐）或情境中关键人物/物，安静片刻后，以第一人称‘如果我是TA……’开始表达其可能的感受、想法、需求与行为动因；随后引导反思：‘这个视角和你原来的理解有什么不同？哪些部分让你感到意外或好奇？’
拓展认知视角，促进共情与接纳
