引导来访者取舒适坐姿或卧姿，闭眼，双手轻置小腹；用‘气球意象’引导其感受吸气时小腹鼓起、呼气时回缩；强调鼻吸口呼、不憋气、不努力，走神时温和带回注意力至小腹起伏；全程保持平静舒适感。
提升呼吸节律觉察与自主调节能力，降低交感神经兴奋
