以辩证认可为起点，将自伤行为重构为当前情境下‘功能有限但可理解’的情绪调节策略；同步对比自伤与技能学习的短期效果与长期副作用；引导来访者参与制定1–2条具体、可观察的初始目标；最终达成明确的团体参与承诺。
