依据主观困扰程度（SUDs）和回避程度两个维度，对强迫相关诱发线索进行1–10级排序，形成个体化、可操作的暴露刺激等级序列，用于ERP准备阶段，确保暴露序列同时敏感于生理唤醒水平与行为回避强度。
引导来访者分别对每类诱发线索独立评估：（1）SUDs分值（0–10，0=无困扰，10=无法忍受）；（2）回避程度（0–10，0=从不回避，10=完全回避）。取两项均值（四舍五入）作为初始等级，再结合临床判断微调顺序，确保等级1为最低SUDs+最低回避的线索，等级10为最高SUDs+最高回避的线索；最终输出含至少5个条目的等级表，每项含简明线索描述（如‘触摸门把手后未洗手’）。
