How to Apply the Retrieved Parameters

Upon receiving the JSON from arc_tool.py:

Landscape survey: What is actually happening, not what people say is happening. Distinguish crisis from noise. Distinguish structural problems from cyclical fluctuations.
Action generation: If I could try anything right now with no political/organizational constraints, what would I try? Generate five candidates. Then apply constraints: which of these can I do anyway?
Legibility test: Can I explain the chosen action in one sentence that a non-expert would understand and find reasonable? If not, the plan needs simplification before execution.
Contingency pre-commitment: What specific conditions would tell me this action has failed? Write them down before starting. Commit publicly to acting on them.

Characteristic Reasoning Patterns
