Out of scope: Process-level SOPs (pop) and product docs (documentacao-tecnica).

1. More granular than an SOP — one task, exact steps.
2. Show, don't just tell — use images/screenshots.
3. Include parameters, tools, and safety.
4. Keep aligned with the parent SOP.

Workflow / Process

1. Clarify — confirm the goal, constraints, and current state before acting.
2. Assess — inspect what exists; find the real problem, not the symptom.
3. Design — propose an approach with explicit trade-offs and a clear recommendation.
4. Execute — implement in small, verifiable steps using Work Instruction (WI) conventions.
5. Verify — validate against an untrained person completes the task correctly and safely from the WI.

Best practices

• Break the task into atomic, ordered steps.
• Add visuals and exact parameters/values.
• Flag safety/quality-critical steps.
• Link to the parent SOP/process.
