eisenhower-matrix

Applies the Eisenhower urgency/importance matrix to a user's task list, sorting every task into one of four quadrants with specific do/delegate/schedule/delete actions. Produces a populated matrix, not a framework description. Use when the user asks about prioritizing tasks by urgency and importance, needs help deciding what to work on first, or wants to sort a task list using the Eisenhower method. Do NOT use for weighted scoring prioritization (use task-prioritization), time-blocking scheduled tasks (use time-blocking), or enterprise resource allocation (use business strategy skills).
